Like most Firearms Fanatics, I own a Glock 19 and 17; the 19 was the first handgun I bought years ago and still have it - then bought a 17 just because I wanted it.
However, after shooting hundreds of rounds, I could not shoot neither as accurately as I wish. So...... when the S & W M&P M2.0 COMPACT was announced as a competitor to the Glock 19 ......and the reviews were outstanding and ....... it received NRA's 2019 Golden Bullseye Award, I decided to "jump" and am glad I did.
In shooting the Glocks and Smith side by side, I've learned handguns can be very personal and, for me, the Smith fits my hand better and therefore, I shoot it much more accurately. Additionally, I prefer the texture of Compact's grip and I like the thumb safety too.
