The state of California is using the COVID-19 pandemic as well as its own bureaucracy to delay and restrict consumers' access to firearms, a lawsuit charges.
The Second Amendment Foundation joined in the suit with Firearms Policy Foundation, California Gun Rights Foundation, Firearms Policy Coalition, Inc., San Diego Gun Owners PAC, Five Five Six, Inc., dba Firearms Unknown, PWGG L.P., dba Poway Weapons & Gear & PWG Range and four private citizens.
